Stay somewhere else

Horrible customer service, promises broken, rooms old and worn out - in particular the bathrooms. Outside area looks nice but is surrounded by buildings of hundreds of people staring at you from every direction.

We had two separate bookings for this hotel. When we first arrived, we got 'upgraded' the the Fenix Music (thankfully!). The Fenix Music was amazing! Pool on the roof, rooms were spacious, big shower with rain nozzle and the free breakfast was AMAZING. A big shout out to Ruben, the host at breakfast who was over the top helpful and somehow knew our room number and where we liked to sit by the second day. He is a keeper. Then, on our return, we had 2 nights at Fenix Garden... compared to Fenix Music, it was a big let down. The room was nice but there was zero water pressure which made washi

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very quiet. We opted for the buffet breakfast. There was lots of variety but the options didn’t changed for the four days we were there. The gentleman greeting at the buffet every morning (wish I had his name) was very friendly and helpful. He would ask about our plans for the day and then help us with suggestions and tips. We had a problem with our fridge in our room. It took a couple of days to get it sorted out but eventually a replacement was provided.
