Perfect location

Perfect location. It’s advertised with a rooftop bar which is a lovely sitting area? However no bar up there and you would need to order drinks from the reception. Same as the bar area in the main reception, another nice area with tv but the bar area is closed and looks like is used for storage. This was the only disappointment as it would have been nice to sit with a drink after being on your feet all day. Apart from that bed was excellent and great location.

Struttura molto pulita e staff disponibile. A 20 metri è possibile prendere la metro, molto centrale come struttura. Servizio di pulizia impeccabile, anche se qualche volta siamo usciti tardi dalla camera al nostro ritorno la trovavamo sempre pulita e con i nuovi ricambi

Hotel in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming friendly and always courteous and helpful

Good stay, just wished staff communicated better

Pros: The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Cons: My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4:10 PM, even though check-in was at 4:00 PM. The front desk staff told me they were still cleaning the room and asked me to wait in the lobby, saying someone would let me know when it was ready in about 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for an hour without any update. When I finally went back to the front desk to ask, I was told my room was ready. Had I not followed up myself, I’m not sure how much longer I would have been left waiting.

Cons: When we checked into the hotel room we noticed the alcohol in the mini bar was drank. We took pictures with the time and date showing the evidence. We alerted front desk staff and told we would not be charged. When we checked out we again alerted the front desk to the situation. We were told we would not be charged. The next day we were charged $100 for alcohol we did not drink. When I called to talk to a manager about the erroneous charge I was told no one was available. I will never stay at this hotel or hotel chain again.
