High-Rise 2BR Apt CBD I Pool, Gym & Prime Location

Poorly maintained, unclean, with terrible connectivity and amenities.

Pros: The location was really great. Cons: Unfortunately, this apartment was well below the standard we expected and felt neglected rather than properly maintained accommodation. The Wi-Fi was terrible and there was virtually no phone reception — we couldn’t even stream Netflix, let alone work from the apartment. Cleanliness was poor, with a dirty toilet, mould in the shower grout, stained kitchen towels, thick dust on the plants and an outdoor area that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Ideally located for Southern Cross station, Marvel Stadium and access to the tramways.

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs. Cons: The mattresses were uncomfortable and the bathroom shower and the sofa needed deep cleaning.
