High-spec Penthouse Central Free Parking Space

Do not stay here if you are looking for a stress-free experience

Pros: Location was fine, parking space useful, automatic curtain opening and closing amused my son. Host was generally reachable by phone/text to help deal with the multitude of technical issues we suffered with the apartment, except for the time she did not answer my call when we were trying for 15 minutes to lock the door with the electronic lock so we could go out to dinner (an experience that was extremely stressful and also made us arrive late for our dinner reservation). Missing bed sheets were delivered as arranged after the first night. Cons: Passport/driving licence number is required

Good space to relax with friends

Pros: View and location and very roomy apartment. Cons: It's a bit tricky with the lock boxes, codes, car park access and one way system. We sorted it, but found it a bit confusing.

Excellent accommodation for central Sheffield, particularly for a longer stay

Spacious, quiet and comfortable accommodation in a central location with a good view of the city.

Comfortable!

Pros: Well located, clean and good amenities. The team was quick to respond to questions. Cons: Could have better towels and more than one hand towel, especially for a 5 day stay.

I would like to choose here again

Pros: It’s a big apartment with a very good view. Really suitable for family travelling Cons: The bed is too soft to support the body, and the checking in way too complicated
