Great hospitality

Pros: Very clean and cosy Cons: Nothing, we were looked after well. We had a vulnerable guest so they allowed us 2 extra hours after check out and also to stay in the garden, the weather was lovely so all went well.

Lovely

Pros: Good location, took the bus from Gatwick Airport. (Bus 100 fastways is much cheaper than GH1 and the bus stop is much closer for it). Staff was kind and showed me to my room. They are open 24h so you can check it at any time, which for me is a big plus. Room was spacious, had teas and cookies, and water. Bathroom was also large enough. Bed was comfy and room was nice and warm. Did not have any issue with noise. Left at 4 AM and check out was smooth. I'd say great for the price when traveling. I don't think anybody cares for the decor for one night!! Cons: Couldn't open the window to

Pros: Location. Fairly comfortable for a nights stay. The shower was good, although the bathroom was a little on the small side. Cons: Very loud door slamming late into the night accompanied with loud voices in nearby rooms.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return

Cons: The room was extremely small and had a very unpleasant, overpowering smell, as though it had been heavily sprayed with toilet air freshener just before our arrival. The room layout was poorly designed, making the already limited space feel even more cramped. Having a fridge in such a tiny room seemed completely unnecessary and only took up valuable space. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose to stay here again.

Pros: Nothing Cons: Location, no directions to get there. Unfriendly staff, carpets can do with thorough cleaning and refreshing.
