Comfortable and inexpensive. Good value

Pros: The views were good. Cons: Was awful come home 2 o'clock in the morning. Noisy smelly.

Pros: Really, really comfy bed. Phenomenal sea view from both windows, we were in a quad family room. Breakfast was really good, full English and continental offering. Superb value for money. Well stocked bar with 3 well kept real ales. Cons: Thin floors so could hear the elephants upstairs. We were on second floor, but no lift.

Good stay

We were already in scarborough and decided to see if we could book somewhere for one night and this hotel came up,hotel in a good location easy walk to town and sea front,the room we got had sea front view and was quite spacious,everything you need for your stay,kettle,plenty of coffee/tea/towels,soaps,shampoo etc beds comfy, nice clean bedding,also didn't hear any noise so good night's sleep,good choice of breakfast in morning selection of tea,coffee, cereal,toast,selection of jams and a cooked breakfast one item of everything,staff friendly,building in parts a bit dated but didn't effect our
