Convenient and private, but small.
Pros: Well situated for what I wanted. Private, and the parking in the pub car park is roomy and convenient. Cons: The room really is very small. Probably OK if you're eating out and doing trips. Trying to find space to organise kit, and trying to cook was a bit challenging. But it does say "small", it is what it is. Basin in the bathroom didn't drain because the plughole is gunked up.

Wonderful location
Wonderful location. The room was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy! Large shared garden space was amaaaazing! Charming and quirky and a lovely space to enjoy breakfast outdoors and glasses of wine in the evening. Ample parking literally just opposite the property. We had a delicious meal in the friendly thatched pub a few metres away. Hoping to return soon to Hillside

It was very pleasant and the hosts were lovely. Nice pub just next door slso !
