Pros: I booked a flat with city view, we were given a flat with courtyard view. Despite highlighting the above to management Top Hill apartments, no effort was made to relocate us to another flat with city view. Checking in was straight forward and the undercroft car park was good. Location was great for us. The rooms are spacious each with it's own suite in addition to another toilet. The flat was generally clean. However, the sofa in the living area was not with all sort of things tucked between the soda cushions. It needs urgent deep clean . Overall,satisfied with apartment. Pros: Great location, quiet, clean. Nice layout with plenty of space, good WiFi and comfy beds. Couldn’t have had a happier stay. Secure parking also a bonus. Would highly recommend. Cons: There was nothing to complain about. It was great.

Clean, new ,and extremely comfortable

Pros: The flat was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The common areas in the building were also kept very well. We also loved the onsite parking - very convenient. I know other reviews have said otherwise, but we found the videos explaining how to use appliances etc very helpful. The staff were also very responsive. It’s a nice touch to provide soap, washing up liquid etc - thank you! Cons: I’m not sure if we were unlucky, but we had one awful night where the upstairs neighbors screamed and shouted all night until 6am….the sound proofing is generally very poor in the building which is
