Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

Was near the airport and the room was great

Worst Hilton experience ever

Pros: The room, the view and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel Cons: In all my years of travel, I have never witnessed such utter disregard for basic customer service. Three of the front desk staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and utterly incompetent. You expect a certain standard of professionalism from Hilton, but this experience fell catastrophically short. Unacceptable on every level.
