For the price you would think they would at least have a hot tub or give you a voucher for breakfast. Window in our room

Pros: Just beautiful. Room was amazing comfortable quiet despite how many people were in the hotel. Starbucks pool awesome! Cons: DoorDash or orders can’t be brought up to room and the staff wouldn’t bring them either.
Won't be back
Pros: bed was comfortable Cons: So much loud street noise impossible to sleep, also people partying in hallway. Came to sleep. Found a twistie tie on the floor so probably wasn't vaccumed Conditioner bottle was completely empty Main screen on booking said full breakfast included, but then in selecting room some included it and some didn't. Didn't understand that, staff in breakfast area told me that no stays include breakfast Ended up getting a bad microwaved sandwich from Starbucks Had to park in public parking ramp for a fee
Disappointing.
Pros: I absolutely usually love staying here, love the location, and most of the staff. Lisa is great. Cons: Ac didn’t work. Wasn’t offered a new room. Clubhouse food was terrible. The shuttle didn’t pick us up, and the lady was incredibly rude. And the last 2 nights. A group of teenagers who had rooms to themselves were up and running around outside our door being extremely loud which caused my 1 year old to wake up On multiple occasions
