Pros: Good location, good breakfast, gym and pool facilities Cons: Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They showed no willingness whatsoever to explain anything properly or provide even basic assistance. Their attitude was unnecessarily hostile and made what should have been a straightforward experience extremely frustrating. Pros: Hiltons are always amazing Cons: The staff!! I wanted to ask to input my rewards number to the room. The member at the desk was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She never did but in the rewards number
