I have stayed at the Hilton Belfast hotel regularly for more than 10 years and my experience has always been positive.. The location is great. The hotel is within a walking distance to the main city attractions, restaurants, bars, shops. The staff are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The reception staff are fantastic, Tony, Paul, John, Lyle and the rest. The check in and check out processes are easy and seamless. The staff at the executive lounge are likewise very nice and welcoming, Mary, Stanislava, Karen and Christine and their colleagues are very fri
