Convenient and comfy

Pros: Spacious room and welcoming. Cons: Water pressure was too low

Once I got into my final room, I was comfortable. It was quiet and I slept well.

Pros: The room I finally received was comfortable and quiet. Cons: I initially booked a 1 King bedroom, when I checked in I had 2 queens, but I liked the room. I called front desk and they put me in a different room with 1 kind bed, it was smelly and had a broken drawer. I walked out immediately to say I couldn’t stay in that room, and was then put in a 3rd room. It was better than the 2nd so I stayed in there. Also the girl at the front desk could have been kind. Being in hospitality and customer service, a smile, warm welcome and kindness goes a long way.

Bellevue property with relaxed, clean, beautiful setting!

Pros: While a little pricey in a pricey area, it was wonderful! Very close to Virginia Mason Bellevue which was our goal. Cons: No non-alcoholic wine, sought before a medical procedure next day....just saying, have think real hard to find what I didn’t like.
