Nice hotel

Pros: Staff were really friendly. Cons: I don't think the standard of the bathroom and the fact that the pool etc were out of use was reflected in the price.

It was very busy but very acceptable for a quick stop over

Pros: Breakfast was very busy and struggled to get a table but was good, the room was good, nothing dissapointed us but neither exceeded our expectations. The Hotel bar, reception and the lifts in my opinion had far too long of waiting times for a hotel in this price range. For example we had 8 people in our round of drinks who should of had two drinks each and only had one because of the waiting time at the bar. Cons: The bar and lifts

Filthy and unhygienic

Pros: Location is the only good thing about this hotel. Cons: It was filthy, urine and other bodily fluid all over the bathroom floor especially around and up the outside of the toilet. Broken plug sockets that were dangerous. Thick layer of dust over everything including the bedding and towels. Asked a number of times for it to be cleaned and it was never done. Sofa that you could not sit on as the seat was at 30 degree angle. 2 1/4 hours to get a duvet up to the room and even then it had no cover on it. Lifts broke down a lot throughout the stay. Breakfast was cold. Not receptive to
