Ok but don't think we will be booking the Cambridge hotel again.
Pros: Location was great for what we needed. Staff polite, especially nights shift staff at our check in. Breakfast ok ish but not a Hilton style Cons: Room - it stated 2 large double beds. Definitely not large beds, 2 adults would have been squashed in it. Long dark hair in our bathtub..., guessing cleaning ladies? Breakfast was ok ish but not a Hilton style. Toilets by the reception desk were disgusting, 3 out of 4 cubicles were blocked, dirty. Mentioned it to the Reception staff, an hour later... still the same. My son said that the same was with the Gents. Please train your Concierge

Nice central hotel but let down by security deposit problems
Pros: Location was very good. Very easy access to central Cambridge. Good to have parking but quite expensive at £35 per night. Staff were very nice. Sally the Reception Supervisor was very helpful with my issues over the security deposit refund and was very friendly to talk to. Cons: Not happy that it took 5 days to return the security deposit. Hotel took £50 as a deposit when we checked in which was fine but discovered that it had increased to £70 when we checked out and we hadn't been informed that this would happen. The security deposit we gave to Enterprise for car hire was refunded with
