Disappointed
Pros: Good location. Very clean. Close to all amenities. Cons: Staff don’t listen to what you say, being called Mr and having to correct them more than once in same conversation. Only two toilets in public places, one being a disabled one. Charge put on room for dry cleaning which wasn’t ours. Left something behind, rang them and told not there. Went back to be told same . Asked to see room with manager and there it was. Apparently another miscommunication!
Amazing
Pros: The staff were very polite pleasant and helpful at all time during our stay . Breakfast was excellent you catered for everyone Cons: Nothing
Great location, friendly staff but not the quality I’d event from a Hilton hotel
Pros: Great location, really friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Cons: Very uncomfortable beds. No dressing gowns in room. No glasses in bathroom. Very limited restaurant menu.
Pros: The location was excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: Having stayed at the property before I found it disappointing that you now have to pay £5 per person to use the pool. It was free to use previously. I would expect facilities like a pool to be free to use. The drinks in the bar were also very expensive.
