Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Midtown
Pros: The bed is the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel. The location is convenient for shows as well as exploring the rest of the city. I was concerned that I couldn't adjust the thermostat below 67°F, but ended up sleeping comfortably. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I appreciated the fresh water bottles each day, and the room was cleaned immaculately. Cons: Like every American hotel, the shower has a low-flow shower head. It would be nice, though, if the shower head were adjustable to concentrate to flow to make it easier to rinse shampoo/conditioner from long or t
