Pros: Quiet area, spacious room, very helpful staff. Cons: They didn't clean and tidy the room until after we complained at the reception.

Perfect location to explore midtown Manhattan on foot and very good subway connections

The room was very large with a separate sitting room, a bedroom, and a large bathroom. The location was also very good, with a subway station on both corners of the street. It is also close to Central Park and 5th Ave.

Pros: The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the fixtures in the bathroom were nice. Thats about it. Cons: Absolutely not worth the money. Towels were tiny, no soft close toilet seats, water pools heavily in the shower, pillows small and uncomfortable for a king, the staff was unbelievably rude on several occasions, cleaning tries to come at 9am which is way too early and then give you a hard time to circle back, the door to the shower/room wouldn't slide and therefore not open, one elevator was down most of the time making getting up and down slow, the clothes steamer didn't work a
