Pros: Shower head holder was cracked and had to hold the shower head just to clean up. Cons: No refund or reduction in cost due to using a third party. Poor excuse for not being able to reduce the cost.

The Perfect Overnighter.
Cons: On route to Germany for a hip op. The Hilton Hotel was the most, restful stop-over after a three hour bus journey. An overnight stay with a very early morning departure. Just perfect in everyway. The smiling welcome at reception; the caring offer of a large, spotless, comfortable room which catered for my disability. (The bed, due to my condition was a tad too soft). Then to top it all a simply delicious meal, where again the friendly Hotel staff made one feel at home. Not forgetting the help afforded by the driver of the shuttle bus service. All in all perfection and rejuvenated for
