I have stayed many times, convenient and comfortable stop near, but not too near, the M1

Pros: Comfortable, clean and well managed with friendly staff Cons: Tricky road layout around M1 junction

Not the best.

Pros: The reception staff were very polite and professional and welcoming. Bed very comfy. Cons: Poor bar/ restaurant service. Chairs stained and dirty. Tables not cleared and wiped between individual sittings. Bar staff chatting and not acknowledging customers waiting to order. Outside heaters not working

Pros: “A glass of Prosecco?” - what a greeting! From the moment we reached reception the service and friendly team were exceptional. We used the gym, the swimming pool and sauna, the restaurant, and had breakfast and nothing was out of place, even the gentlemen who were servicing the rooms never walked past without a smile and “do you need anything”. This is the service you get in the Far Eat - its rare in the UK. Thank you to all the team at East Mids Airport Hilton, my grandchildren give you a 10/10 and it there opinion that matters most! Pros: Near the motorway. Ease of access Cons: Room was incredibly dusty. A huge car park and only 4 disabled car parking spaces. So a massive "walk" thanks. Not accessible and doesn't meet minimum recommendations. £9 for a bag of nuts and two bags of crisps. No care for clients.
