Extremely disappointing service
Cons: We arrived at 22:00 to be told the restaurant had just closed and that room service would not begin taking orders until 23:00 — a full hour in which your guests have no way of eating anything at all. We ordered four sandwiches at 23:00. They were delivered at 00:10: seventy minutes for four pre-packed sandwiches that needed only to be taken out of their packaging and put on a plate. On 22 August we left our suitcases and rucksacks with your luggage store. One rucksack contained two laptops, a reMarkable tablet, chargers, glasses, books, and a carton of the solution my wife requires as
