Pros: Nothing Cons: The toilet flush handle was broken called reception 2 times. No action. Went down to request a new room. After taking all my luggage to the new room realized this toilet was cloged. Maintenance came to fix it made a right mess in the bathroom and noncleaning services followed up. Horrible customer service. Never return thank you.
Pros: The elevator was quick. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Cons: The first night checking in the lady was not friendly. She charged my card although I had already paid online. She didn't allow me to participate in the promotion they had going on that day. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. Everything else was okay.
The stay was nice but the face of the company would keep me from coming back.
Pros: The location was my choice due to the airport but decided not to use the free shuttle. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and seemed clean. Very nice outside seating areas and breakfast looked inviting but was too expensive Cons: Lack of customer service ... zero smiles and bothered when asked additional questions. Employees seemed robotic and unpleasant. The male was on his phone ear piece the entire time. The same unhappy lady was there the evening and next morning, maybe over worked. Pool and hot tub both needed attention, looked like used bath water.

Pros: Location was great, close to many things. Was quiet around the hotel. Bed was comfy. Facilities were nice. Restaurant food was great. Cons: Restaurant food and drinks were a bit more expensive than expected but not super high. Doors to the rooms were hard to open and very loud, but worked well.
