100% will stay here again next time we are in DC

There was a problem with our room but they immediately owned it and took care of everything. Christian at the front desk was amazing.

Nice hotel and location

Pros: Room and bed were very comfortable. Had coffee but no breakfast. Cons: Desk clerk was a bit of smart ass

Cons: The system was down when we arrived. Check in had a line all the way down to the bar. It took over an hour to check in and then had to wait for the manager to manually find our room, which was exhausting after driving many hours and arriving at almost midnight. There was no Wi-Fi in the room either. I expected a discounted stay, or at the least some complimentary service, but the issues were not even addressed.
