Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Conveniently placed for access to airport and NEC. Shuttle to NEC and Birmingham International good. Restaurant was OK, and reasonable priced for airport food. Cons: Only one of two key cards worked. Hairdryer was hard to find!

Excellent choice for preflight stay

Pros: Location excellent . Aircon sublime ( it was very hot out). Loved 2 double beds. Great shower Cons: Food- we ate elsewhere as we had previously had very mediocre food

Pros: Airport on the doorstep so no need to get up early , absolutely spotless hotel , clean , tidy , very welcoming and friendly staff and always with a smile Cons: Nothing perfect stay
