Hilton Garden Inn Boston-Burlington

Pros: Nothing Cons: Horrible check in time When I arrived at 16.00 which is the check in time, the room is not ready & the reception told us she had no idea when it would be ready as they were short staffed. My room is reserved far in advanced and paid. The reception told ys to better go.somewhere and be back again. This is unacceptable! The check in time is already late: 16.00 while check out at latest at 11.00 After 5 hrs the room was still not ready and you could not even tell ud when itvwoyld be ready. You need to refubd my money

Cons: The outlet was not working

Will not stay there again

Cons: The bed was shoved against a wall making it impossible to get out without getting over me. The curtain was flimsy and did not cover the room so the spotlights from outside showed in our eyes. The shower was broken. The phone didn't work so we couldn't call the desk for service. WE HAD NO SLEEP AT ALL. The next night we were given a much nicer room with two night tables and curtains that covered the opaque material AND a room darkener.

It was great will come again

Pros: The relaxing pool and friendly staff and a great morning meal Cons: N/a

Will stay there again when in the area
