i didn't arrive until 2 am and that is a shame because i was ungraded to a suite and got very little use out of the beautiful room.

I will never stay at another Hilton property.

Cons: I paid for a King Suite on 6.27 and, after a 6.5 hour drive, was provided a standard room with a single bed. I specifically reserved a Suite as my brother and I were traveling to attend a ballgame and even showed the clerk the receipt. The offered solution was additional linens so one of us could sleep on the floor and "a bunch of points!" When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was told I had to wait until the next morning. I ended up having to cancel the room and stay at another hotel on the way back home at 2 am in Charlottesville, VA.
