Would definitely stay here again. Handy to transport and supermarkets. Room was lovely, clean, quiet.

Great stay in a prime location

Pros: Amazing location, great pool, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff Cons: Pillows were not comfortable but it is a small complaint. Everything else was great.

Wonderful location but challenges with room keys and privacy

Pros: Location is excellent. Short walk to museums and the lake. Cons: There were significant problems with the room keys. Three times we were not able to access our room and had to go back downstairs to have them reset. One afternoon, while my husband and I were still in the room (fortunately fully dressed) some other new guests entered our room! They had been assigned to our room mistakenly. This was shocking and was a serious breech of our privacy and confidence in our security in the room.
