Customer service needs work
Pros: I had hot water and a bed Cons: The booking service never identified as a booking service just an employee. However when I made it to the room I was bombarded with a $100 deposit fee after paying full price for the room and was told by the owner and his sister that it was my problem either pay it or stay else where!! lol at 2 am this was outrageous and I was livid I must admit.
