Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown

Pros: The location was amazing! Cons: Shower was not clean, had hair in it and refrigerator didn’t work.

Bed was comfy staff was almost bothered by us asking questions!

Pros: The property was fairly clean the pool was not operating and we were not told about that prior Cons: Nothing close by, very desolate area The manager Deidra, was not friendly informative or communicative in any way she seemed to have an attitude One girl at the front Katie was very nice !

Decent hotel, great location!

Pros: Great downtown location. Room was clean. Cons: Parking was a nightmare. They were selling spots to the baseball game fans across the street and it left no room for those staying at the property.

Pros: The location Cons: i choose this place because of the pool and hot tub and guess what they were both down nothing on the site about the pool be down or i would of found a new place 2 there is no USB plugs in your room I have stayed at hotels for a hole let less and at least they have those so u can't ever charge your phone in your room unless you don't forget to bring your charger 3 I payed $18 extra for there cook to order breakfast IT SUCKED cold microwaved.pancakes cold old bacon and something that looked like a nasty hotdogs MCDONALD'S WOULD OF BEEN BETTER 3 IS PARKING IS $21 A NIG
