BEWARE OF BOGUS SMOKE ASSESSMENT FEE

This hotel would have been 5 stars if it weren't for a $300 smoking assessment fee that got tacked on to my bill. I don't smoke, never smoked or vaped but the hotel management as well as Hilton customer service defend that their device can never malfunction over a real customer's word. The resistance to my request to deduct the fee was incredible. I will never stay at this property again.
