You’re definitely paying for location and nothing else.
Pros: Great location to events. Maintenance was quick to arrive when needed, staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was clean. Cons: Our first room A/C wasn't working. Value for room wasn’t really worth it. Parking was $55 a night. There wasn’t anything in the room to tell us about the area or even what the hotel offered.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful it was a very nice facility. Was there only one night. Cons: Little overly priced n none stop issues with the TV they did come right up to fix. Just couldn't change the channels without losing signal.

Wonderful stay in a great hotel
Pros: Great views from our 9th floor. Restaurant was really good with great drinks. Great buffet breakfast for $18. Totally worth it. Cons: Parking was $55. Been nice if it was lower. They did have QR code for tipping valet and room cleaning
Pros: Location to Ford Field. Cons: The fact that I had to pay $55 to have my car valet parked, and that I got double charged for parking
