Pros: Location and staff Cons: The traffic noise facing Gratiot. We were on the 10th floor and still hearing the weekend night traffic after midnight.

Beware of deceptive billing practices and overcharged final bills.

Pros: In general, it was an ok hotel. The room was fine—perhaps a bit dated in style, but fully functional. We also had a great view from our window. Cons: Unfortunately, they engage in deceptive billing practices (maybe this is common in the US, but surprise to someone from the EU). I had a booking with breakfast included, yet they charged me for it again on the final bill. They also added a charge for a "special request" that I never made, nor was I ever notified of such a surcharge. When I contacted them about these extra fees, they went completely silent. Pros: Arlon and Miss Gerry at the front desk went above and beyond for us with directions and information on sights. Cons: Restaurant in the hotel was not open.

Not bad, but if ever do again will find a place that does not charge for parking.

Pros: Bit loud with the traffic being right there. Maybe invest in some sound proof glass? Room and Hotel were clean and nice, staff was great, my biggest gripe was the lack of mentioning that parking cost $55 a night and we stayed for 2 nights so $110 additional for parking? :( . Had they made this clear up front would have tried for a different Hotel. Location is also great as we walked to Little Caesars and back for the concert we attended.
