Very good - would stay again

Pros: No breakfast. Location good Cons: We needed to get to airport earlier before courtesy transporte commenced. Reception was unable to help with taxi so we were left slightly nervous of timing.

Highly recommended for family trips! Excellent stay and wonderful staff.

Pros: The breakfast options weren't very diverse, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel is in a great location. Cons: This was our first family trip since coming to the US, and since accommodation is the most important part of traveling for us, we were incredibly satisfied. We didn't experience any major inconveniences or downsides during our stay. Overall, I would give this place a very high rating. If we visit Dallas again, we will definitely stay here. The staff were all so kind and left a great impression. Thank you all!

Turning a bad situation into a good one.

We had our flight canceled on American Airlines and had to spend the night. The Hilton Garden in came up in our search close to the airport. We made the reservation online, which was very smooth. We then called to verify the location as there were two locations of the hotel we spoke to the front desk clerk her name was LaTanya. She was very helpful and very friendly and confirmed that we were in fact at RESERVATIONS for that evening we made our way to the hotel. We walked through the lobby. Everything was clean and neat. Pros: Close by the airport and restaurants Clean Breakfast was expensive but good Cons: We left my husband's medicine in the room refrigerator. We called the hotel, they said they would get with housekeeping and call me back the next morning. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them.
