Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas

Pros: Nothing Cons: Dirty

Great location

Better for couples or groups not for women alone

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and the bed very try comfortable! Cons: It wasn't that safe, there were people just walking into the lobby who were clearly not staying there. There was one instance where two men tried to get in the lift I felt quite unsafe they kept pressing all the buttons. I was worried I would be alone in the lift with them. Also the rooms have quite a large gap under the door to the corridor- I had to place a towel along the inside.

Our stay was ok, but I expected more as a Hilton Garden hotel and for the price.

Pros: Cleanliness Cons: The parking price was not included as mentioned on Booking.com and the valet was high.
