Hotel stay was great
Hotel stay was great. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. I had a wheelchair and everyone was eager to help me inside and outside the hotel. The hotel was good, I just hope they accommodate for kids in their lounge area and put kids tv and playing area. Pros: القرب من دبي مول فقط Cons: التعامل السيء من اول يوم وصلنا كنا ماخذين جناح عائلي مكون من غرفتين نوم وكان عددنا 3 أشخاص يوم نزلنا للفطور الصبح جلسنا نفطر وانا عندي حساسية قمح ولا أستطيع اكل اي شي بلغتهم من يوم وصلت هل يوجد اكل خالي من الجلوتين على الفطور قالي الموظف بيبلغ الشيف وانا إذا جيت الصبح ابلغهم يوم جيت الصبح المسؤول قالي اوكي كل شي موجود نجيب لك بيض وخبز خالي من الجلوتين وفي النهاية مافي إلا باستا سيئا جدا في احد يأكل باستا الصبح سكت ومشيت الموضوع ويوم وما اكلت شي حتى الباستا خليتها مكانه ويوم خلصنا جاء المسؤول وقال لازم ندفع مبلغ الفطور حق شخص عشان عددنا ثلاث أشخاص وكل غرفه شخص و

Excellent stay - Lovely Staff - Would love to stay here again
Pros: Room: Excellent, noise free, clean, spacious, bright I like the sun light excellent cooling. TV programs were limited. Location: Excellent: Central to MAll / Stores / Mosque / Transportation. Loved it Breakfast: N/A Cons: Internet reset after 24 hours. If I am a guest for X days - then it must remain active for the duration. IT team needs to setup and do their magic. I was cut off in middle 3 important afternoon meetings. This needs to be fixed.
