Pros: The reception team on booking in were friendly and very helpful. Excellent service. Cons: Pillows in the bedroom too soft, had an uncomfortable night. I approached staff regarding this matter in which they tried to put it right, but unsuccessfully. It would be helpful if there could be a choice of soft or firm pillows available to guests if requested.

Good hotel, but be careful when choosing a room
Pros: The hotel is located right by the river, and you can be in the center on foot in about 20 minutes. If you are lucky with the room assignment, you also have a nice view of the bridge and the river. Cons: Our first room was right by the elevators, where something was also broken, and every few minutes a mechanical clattering and squeaking came into the room. We complained in the evening and then received a better room with a view of the river, further away from the elevator. Breakfast is a bit disorganized, but it's okay.
