Perfect location, comfy beds and pillows and clean !

Pros: Perfect location, nice staff and clean. Bed and pillows v comfy Cons: Rubbish coffee in the room :(

Comfy, cosy, excellent breakfast, great location

Pros: Location superb for the hydro, not too big , drinks and food great. Lovely outside space, breakfast excellent and buffet hot which is always a bonus. Have booked again already ! Cons: Nothing

Great hotel

Great for going to the Hydro. Person on desk on check in was fantastic. Room was excellent and very clean. Lots of storage and space. Thoughtful placement of everything.

Well below par

Pros: The waiting staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful Cons: The bathroom had urine, hair and faeces which was reported but not attended to. I have yet to hear from the manager. The front of house manager was completely stroppy when I asked politely to discuss the matter

One night in October

Pros: Breakfast great, plenty of gluten free options. Staff excellent, especially the "more mature " gentleman who couldn't do enough for us and our dietary requirements. He was a great advert for your business. Cons: Unable to get any hand soap from dispenser so had to use shower gel instead. Only one bathtowel despite being 2 guests. Mattress protector stained with blood. Curtains that wouldn't close on one side, therefore barely slept all night.
