Simply, I will not encourage people to stay within this Hilton, unless plumbing issues are fixed.

Cons: I already sent rating information for the worst Hilton I have ever stayed within. Living on towels from the shower to the bedroom, to prevent slipping on the floor was very bad. Ironically, after I had gone to get 7 towels to lay out (the staff member from the front desk followed me to see what was wrong) across the floor, later I went by the front desk and a couple was telling the person they did not have HOT water! The wife asked if I had that, which I did. I had a drain that was not working properly.

I liked that they were professional and personable, even though they had just spent 6 hours with their systems down nationwide.
