Overall, our stay was pleasant.
Pros: We did not have the breakfast as it was not included in my booking. We did enjoy the complimentary coffee and fruit, thank you! The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Cons: The coffee maker in our room did not work, so we had to go downstairs for our morning coffee and bring it back to our room. I also did not appreciate the tag on the two bottles of water saying "complimentary", but then in the small print it is only for Silver-rated members, not the every day guest. We did have an unidentified bug crawling on the ceiling that we had to elimina
