Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Pros: We loved the location. It was right next door to our concert at the Palace which we could see out our room window and we walked and didn't have to worry about being far and having to Uber. The hotel was clean and well maintained and rooms were nice and clean and cold how I like it. Pillows weren't my favorite but thats my only complaint. Would recommend and stay again if going to Lousiville. Cons: The pillows were too soft

The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful I've encountered in my traveling experience.

Pros: I am always skeptical of hotel cleanliness because of some past experiences, but this hotel was very clean (I checked :)) the bed was really comfortable. I loved the location of the hotel, downtown and where good food and entertainment was. Devin, the parking attendant was helpful from the first moment I pulled up to the hotel, and the day shift concierges (sorry I didn't get their names, were especially helpful and nice. 10 out of 10!!! Cons: I have no complaints. Just a suggestion to get new pillows.

Pros: Close to the venue, Louisville palace. Easy to get to off the interstate. Cons: Was disappointed w/ the restaurant for our evening meal but had a great breakfast.
