Ideal for an airport stopover
Pros: Clean, well located for airport, helpful staff, good food. Cons: Cocked up our airport shuttle - it was waiting in the car park while we were directed to wait in the lobby, resulting in a 10-minute delay in leaving. Then it was directed to the station rather than the airport, resulting in a further 10-minute delay in arriving at the airport. NB. Driver made every effort to help what was by then beyond his control.
Very good
Pros: Breakfast is average , can be improved The bad thing , the coffee machine was out of order . Cons: Fix the self serving coffee machine in the restaurant
Dissapointing
Cons: I think a lot of customer service needs to be addressed. it is not so much the place but the people. After delays etc with travel you know you going to a good establishment, so you have a level of expectation, that was blown out of the water from the first interaction with staff.
Great airport hotel
Pros: location Cons: nothing
Séjour tres court car en transit , mais j’ai adoré voir les Zèbres brouter dans le jardins la nuit! C’était merveilleux et incroyable <3
