Horrible no ac!

Pros: Location Cons: Our first night of the stay was horrible. It was 78 in our room and temp stayed around 76 was coolest it would get. We requested someone to look at our air while we went to dinner. We returned late into the evening with no change to the air. Messaged front counter multiple times before someone finally showed up with a small fan and said nobody would be able to look at the air until the following day. He said I’m not even sure why they put someone in this room with the air out. Finally on the second day they switched us rooms. Very disappointed paying almost $300 for a nigh

Pros: The lady at the front desk in the evening time was very helpful. The cooks were friendly and food was great. Cons: The older guy was rude and impatient. I tried to ask him some questions but it just ignored me. I was highly disappointed 😞

Was their for my girlfriends birthday & my brother & his wife anniversary & it was meh…at best.

Pros: Bartender & staff were nice Cons: Room was outdated for the price, toilet did not work right, floor was dirty

Housekeeping could not find items left behind
