i will think twice for this facility
Sorry to say that my stay in this place was not pleasant.Bathroom towels were dirty, called to the front desk , guy asked why?what? then said i will ask someone to bring clean towels ,waited 30 mts no one showed up ,said everyone leaves after 4.30 pm.After i insisted on getting clean towels a lady brought couple clean towels .No bottle water in room.Breakfast was cold , end up microwaving .I stayed out of country in HGI, EXCELLENT ,that's why i booked it in NJ.

Fine room, no accountable management on site
I stayed here on August 16, 2026 on business, as a Gold member with a meeting nearby the following morning. I want to be fair: the room was clean and the location works well for anyone with business in the area or heading into Manhattan. My issue is entirely with how the property handles a problem once you raise one. The premium in-room snack and beverage amenity that came with my rate was not in the room when I arrived. That has now happened on several stays here, so I no longer read it as an accident. The items were brought up around 5:30 PM after I raised it at the front desk. I asked to
