Air conditioning does not heat, shower without hot water. Other than that, all comfortable.

Air conditioning does not heat, no hot water in the shower. Other than that, all comfortable.

Hotel in Santo André
Overall, the hotel is good and the service is efficient. I did not like the room layout (bathroom without privacy). In addition, some items (toilet paper holder, shower holder, and towel rack) were loose, needing maintenance.
