Avoid - poor communication, data breach with personal details
Pros: Unable to stay as all personal details were leaked - scam attempted - staff did noting to resolve this problem Booking.com denied any issues on their part - hotel didn’t bother to communicate or reassure Cons: No idea - cancelled the booking as scammers had our home address, phone number & booking details

Poor Hotel experience
Stayed here loads of times as it's near my family without any issues. This time not so. Had booked a wheelchair accessible room, dog friendly. However on arrival receptionist completely clueless, gave us room key for an already occupied room and despite asking for things to be moved to make room easier for wife not done so. Breakfast luke warm at best, coffee machine didn't work.
