Pros: Great location-near River Walk and Navy Pier. It was clean and my room was comfy and large. Cons: I did not like that I had to leave and come home.🤣

Very well located for museums and waterfront; train access a few blocks away for easy travel to White Socks.
Vacations Club suite was very comfortable and loved having privacy and blackout retractible blinds

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Enjoyed every moment there.
Pros: Excellent location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Most of all the staff were amazing!!!! Cons: With the Canadian dollar exchange price was a little more than we wanted to spend

I will never book this hotel again.
Pros: The location is perfect in downtown Chicago Cons: The price on booking was 330 USD but the hotel charged me 480 USD. After the first night I cancelled my next stay with them. The staff during the check-in and out was rude. Only one elevator was working in the lobby, the queue was very long.
