Pros: The location was first class, rooms were amazing for our family
Pros: The location was first class, rooms were amazing for our family. Pool was great. Cons: Just after an 8-hour drive, we got checked in and ready to relax by the pool. We received the key and were directed to the welcome desk. After 10 minutes of being told what could be booked with a Hilton discount, we were informed that it was only available if we attended a timeshare visit. The rooms were not clean, with photos taken of cheese, grapes, clothing labels, and an earring left behind. When we showed the staff in the morning, they refused to acknowledge it despite the timed photos and the fac

If you have a good price offer, you will have the corresponding service, Hilton for the room but not for the rest.
Pros: Location, cleanliness of the room, and its size. Cons: Unfriendly staff. Breakfast in a chain in a Take Away bag in the supermarket's room. Night staff at the door was unfriendly and not at their post. Reception staff said goodbye when I asked them to speak more slowly, literally mocking me by speaking to me as if I were a baby.

Pros: The location was first class, rooms were amazing for our family. Pool was great. Cons: Just after an 8-hour drive, we checked in ready to relax and go to the pool. We received the key and were sent to the welcome desk.
