Overall a very nice stay, just needs a few improvements
Pros: The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even the people who were contacted to repair the swimming pool were very helpful and courteous. Cons: There was no bench out in front of the hotel where hotel guests could sit and smoke outside. Also there was no ashtray out front to dispose of the cigarette and cigar buds, so people were just throwing them everywhere.

Hotel was a fine stay with good rooms and quick access to the hospital system. A few staff members made this hotel worth every penny, Francisco, Eugene and , Luis(z?) we’re incredible people to spend some time with during a difficult trip. It’s good people like them that make a difference in a sea of hotels. Thank you for your conversations and generosity, it means a lot. Stay here.
Pros: Didn't eat
Pros: Didn't eat. Couldn't because of medical reasons, fasting for operation. Check in hospital at 5:30am in morning. Cons: No hot water to shower.
Definitely will come again.
