I love your resort and location. I just had a few difficulties I wasn’t expecting from Hilton.
Pros: I like location, staff, property. Cons: I was dissatisfied with my towels, they were ragged with holes and slits. I found hair on the lamp by the bed. The valet forgot to leave my keys in the car and when I got to my destination, I turned off the car only to not be able to crank it up. So I had to uber back to the hotel to get keys and uber back to my car. I was late to my event. And had to pay money i wasnt planning on spending.
Excellent!
Pros: It’s beautiful, nice, and quiet. Cons: The rooms and restrooms are a bit outdated.
Pretty hotel that’s about it…
Pros: Very pretty location Cons: The pool shuts during the middle of the day and doesn’t open till 11am! Considering that Vegas is HOT this is poor service that they don’t advertise! The air conditioning is very average in the rooms! Better off to sleep down in the lobby. Very disappointing!
It was awful a very terrible experience with no air-conditioning 115° outside
Pros: Air-conditioning didn’t work we had to leave early very disappointed at least they did not charge us Cons: I would not stay there again
October here averages 20°C, with around 13 mm of rain across the month.
