Great location, clean but rude staff

Pros: The location was fantastic! Easy walk to shopping and restaurants Cons: The staff was rude and inattentive. Our AC and toilet broke and was reported to the reception. Very condescending

Disappointing to leave on a sour note

Pros: Breakfast was excellent Cons: The on-site car parking is ridiculously tight to drive a vehicle in and very difficult to get out. I drive a Tucson and the tailgate hits the ceiling when you open the boot. And exiting the car park I dented my rear side and scraped the back door as it's way too tight to drive through. Other guests share the same thoughts online especially if you drive an SUV. When you report it to the hotel their response is to apologize and tell you of the signs warning of the tight spaces! The signs are the disclaimer

Neither the bed nor the breakfast were as good as a Premier Inn

Pros: Lovely building Cons: Bed uncomfortable. Food average. Car park not suitable for larger cars.
