Good, but I wasn’t happy about the price hike when I attempted to change my stay from Friday to Sunday instead of Saturd

Pros: I always use this hotel as it is comfortable and better than a lot of others. Cons: Behind the settee’s in the downstairs area were dirty, dead insects etc.

Inadequate

Pros: The location The cleanliness Cons: The room we were given was a family room when I booked a king guest bed room as it was my partners birthday. I complained that the room was inadequate and not what I expected. I was told all rooms on 3rd floor had been booked out and that made me feel like I had been given a sub par room. I was told they did not have another family room to exchange with - when I never wanted a family room in the first place!!! I asked for the room to look special as it was his birthday and they wrapped towels in the shape of a cake - left a few chocs and a small bott

Great stay

Pros: LOVELY DECOR, LARGE ROOM VERY COMFORTABLE, LARGE BATHROOM, LOVELY BAR/ RESTAURANT AREA, PROFESSIONAL STAFF, BREAKFAST OKAY. Cons: Facilities in Wellness area could have been better, heat room was lovely, dry flotation could have been better, steam room was not working.
