Cons: Could not get anyone to help me with my ;luggage on checkout and had to get my own trolley, load it up and navigate the lifts

Cons: Could not get anyone to help me with my ;luggage on checkout and had to get my own trolley, load it up and navigate the lifts. My husband was disabled and me - a small gal had to do it. Dissappointed. Food not great. I will probably look for another hotel next time.
